The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived organizational politics on job stress and turnover intention, with mediating role of organizational cynicism. Participants included 185 randomly selected employees from the Weis city Mayoralty in Khuzestan province. The instruments included perceived organizational politics scale, job stress scale, turnover intention scale and organizational cynicism scale. Fitness of the proposed model was examined using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The indirect effects were tested using bootstrap procedure. Findings indicated that the proposed model was fitted with the data. Results revealed that perceived organizational politics had an effect on job stress and turnover intention through organizational cynicism.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of work-family conflict on addiction potential with mediating role of job stress. The sample consisted of 292 randomly selected employees of Aghajari Oil and Gas Company who completed the research questionnaires. The proposed model was tested by structural equation modeling (SEM). Indirect effects were tested using bootstrap method. According to the results, the proposed model had good fit with the data. The positive direct effects of family work conflict and job stress on addiction potential and work/family conflict on job stress were confirmed. The positive direct effect of work/family conflict on addiction potential was not confirmed. Indirect effect of work/family conflict and family work conflict on addiction potential effect through job stress was confirmed.

The aim of the present research was to study the relationship between personality traits and organizational procrastination in hospital employees. The sample consisted 100 employees selected by convenient sampling from different official and clinical parts of Shahid Bahonar hospital of Tehran. Data were collected by sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16FP) and Organizational Procrastination Questionnaire. The results show that N, Q2 and Q4 factors of personality traits have significant positive correlations (p<0.01) with Inefficiency subscale of organizational procrastination, N and Q4 factors with mental restlessness and hatred of duty subctacles (p<0.01) and Q1 factor have significant positive correlation with mental restlessness (p<0.05). Also, results of regression show that N, Q2 and Q3 factors predicted Inefficiency, N, Q1, Q2 and Q4 predicted mental restlessness and N and Q4 factors predicted hatred of duty, significantly (p<0.05).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers narcissism and employees' organizational silence of Hashtroud city. The statistical population 319 employees that 175 of them were selected as statistical sample through was simple random sampling. A questionnaire, by the researcher, was used for gathering data. To examine the questionnaire's reliability, Cronbach's Alpha was used. Pearson correlution and Multiple regression were used. To analyzing the data results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the dimensions of the managers narcissism with employees organizational silence.

The aim of this study was to investigate the causal relationship of EFQM criteria wit job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Urmia university (186 employees). All 186 employees selected as research sample. The instruments included EFQM, Job Satisfaction and organizational loyalty questionnaires. Path analysis used for data analysis. Results showed that EFQM criteria had significant relationship with job satisfaction and organizational loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational structure on different aspects of employees' mental health in the engineering and technology colleges. The sample was 125 employees who were working in in Kermanshah engineering and technology colleges. Questionnaires were robin's organizational structure and SCL90 questionnaires. Results indicated that there a significant correlation between various aspects of organization structure and mental health specifically, there were significant negative correlations between organizational structure with anxiety, depression and obsession. Thus, it is proposed that to attain a healthy organizational environment, manages should consider the effective organizational structures.
