چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر آزمودن الگو رابطه تعارض کار-خانواده و بهزیستی کاری با میانجی‌گیری فشارهای روان‌شناختی در کارکنان سازمان‌های دولتی شهر اهواز بود. جامعه پژوهش کلیه کارکنان متأهل سازمان‌های دولتی شهر اهواز بود و اعضای نمونه شامل 203 نفر کارمند زن بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و به پرشسنامه‌های سلامت عمومی، بهزیستی کار و تعارض کار-خانواده پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها به روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مسیرهای مستقیم انواع تعارض کار-خانواده به فشار روان‌شناختی و بهزیستی کاری و نیز مسیر غیر‌مستقیم تعارض کار-خانواده مبتنی بر فشار روان‌شناختی به بهزیستی کاری از طریق فشارهای روان‌شناختی معنی‌دار بودند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to test a model of the relationship between work-family conflict and vocational well-being with mediating role of psychological strain in employees of Ahvaz public organizations. The sample consists of 203 female employees that were selected by multi-stage random sampling method. Participants completed work-family conflict, mental health and vocational well-being questionnaires. Structural equation modeling showed that there are significant correlations between types of work-family conflict, psychological strain and vocational well-being. Findings also showed that psychological strain hah significant mediating role in the relationship between work-family conflict and vocational well-being.
