چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه علی الگوی معیارهای مدیریت کیفیت اروپا (EFQM) با رضایت شغلی و وفاداری سازمانی بود.. جامعه پژوهش حاضر کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه ارومیه بود (186 نفر) که به دلیل تعداد کم افراد جامعه تمامی آنان به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش حاضر در نظر گرفته شدند. در نهایت 168 نفر به ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پاسخ دادند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه‌های مدیریت کیفیت اروپا، رضایت شغلی و وفاداری سازمانی بود. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند که معیارهای مدیریت کیفیت اروپا رابطه معنی‌داری با رضایت شغلی و وفاداری سازمانی دارند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the causal relationship of EFQM criteria wit job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Urmia university (186 employees). All 186 employees selected as research sample. The instruments included EFQM, Job Satisfaction and organizational loyalty questionnaires. Path analysis used for data analysis. Results showed that EFQM criteria had significant relationship with job satisfaction and organizational loyalty.
