چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین کمال‌گرایی و فرسودگی شغلی با واسطه‌گری اعتیاد به کار در بین کارکنان بانک بود. بدین منظور 300 نفر از کارکنان پنج بانک بزرگ در شهر تبریز به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های فرسودگی شغلی مسلچ‌، کمال‌گرایی هیل و اعتیاد به کار بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون میانجی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد کمال‌گرایی با فرسودگی شغلی رابطه منفی و با اعتیاد به کار رابطه مثبت داشت. همچنین اعتیاد به کار با فرسودگی شغلی همبستگی منفی نشان داد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون میانجی نیز نشان داد که کمال‌گرایی بر فرسودگی شغلی تأثیر منفی و بر اعتیاد به کار تأثیر مثبتی دارد. با این حال اعتیاد به کار نقش میانجی معنی‌داری بین کمال‌گرایی و فرسودگی ندارد. آنچه از نتابج بر می‌آید حاکی از آن است که افراد کمال‌گرا، اعتیاد به کار بیشتری نشان می‌دهند، اما افرادی که کمال‌گرایی بالا و اعتیاد به کار بالاتری تجربه می‌کنند، فرسودگی شغلی کمتری نشان می‌دهند، هر چند اعتیاد به کار میانجی تأثیر کمال‌گرایی بر فرسودگی شغلی نبوده و موجب افزایش تأثیر کمال‌گرایی بر فرسودگی نمی‌شود.

The aim of present study was to examine the relationship between perfectionism and burnout with mediating role of workaholism among banks'''' employees. For this study, 300 employees were selected by simple random sampling method from banks in Tabriz. The instruments were Maslach Burnout Inventory, Hill Perfectionism Scale and Workaholism Questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and Sobel test in regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results showed that perfectionism has negative correlation with job burnout significantly and positive correlation with workaholism. Also findings showed that workaholism negatively correlated with job burnout. Mediating effect analysis for workaholism showed that perfectionism have a negative impact on burnout (p
