چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت شناختی-رفتاری استرس بر تعارض کار-خانواده، تعهد سازمانی و استرس ادراک‌شده کارکنان آبفای اصفهان صورت پذیرفت. روش این پژوهش، آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. بدین منظور از بین کارکنان آبفای شهر اصفهان تعداد 30 کارمند به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) گمارش شدند. گروه آزمایش، مداخله آموزش مدیریت شناختی-رفتاری استرس را طی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای به‌صورت یکبار در هفته دریافت کرد، اما افراد حاضر در گروه گواه در معرض هیچ مداخله‌ای قرار نگرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های تعارض کار-خانواده کارلسون و همکاران، استرس ادراک‌شده کوهن و همکاران و تعهد سازمانی مایر و آلن بود. داده‌ها توسط آمارتوصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل آزمون کواریانس) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS-23 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت شناختی – رفتاری استرس بر تعارض کار– خانواده، تعهد سازمانی و استرس ادراک‌شده کارکنان آبفا تأثیر معنی‌دار داشته است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral stress management training on work-family conflict, organizational commitment and perceived stress in ABFA employees in Isfahan. The research method was experimental with pre-test post-test with control group design. Thus, 30 employees were selected and were randomly assigned into experimental (15 employees) and control (15 employees) groups. The experimental group received the intervention of cognitive-behavioral stress management training during 10 sessions (90 minutes); but the control group didn’t receive any intervention. Instruments were Carlson et al. Work-Family Conflict, Cohen et al. Perceived Stress and Meyer & Allen Organizational Commitment Questionnaires. The data were analyzed by covariance analysis using SPSS-23 software. The results showed that cognitive-behavioral stress management training had a significant effect on work-family conflict, organizational commitment and perceived stress.
