چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه اخلاق حرفه‌ای با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام گردید. جامعه آماری‌این تحقیق 900 نفر از معلمان شهرستان نمین بودند که از بین آن‌ها 270 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب گردید. داده‌های مورد‌نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلچ و همکاران و پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌ای پتی جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون،آزمون تی، تحلیل رگرسیون و تحلیل واریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای و فرسودگی شغلی معلمان همبستگی منفی و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در مجموع 3/48 درصد کل واریانس متغیر فرسودگی شغلی را پیش‌بینی می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between professional ethics and job burnout among teachers using a correlational-descriptive method. The statistical population included all teachers working in Namin city. Among them 270 teachers selected by simple randome sampling method. The participants completed Maslach burnout and professional ethics questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficients, t-test, regression and variance analysis. The results showed that there was a significant and negative correlation between professional ethics and teacher's job burnout. Results of regression analysis showed that professional ethics explained 48.3 percent of the variance of job burnout.
