چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مجازی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی-رفتاری بر تعارض کار-خانواده، سلامت عمومی، کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان کارکنان انجام شد. طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی و از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت ذوب آهن اصفهان بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 30 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) گمارده شدند. در این پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های تعارض کار- خانواده، سلامت عمومی، کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان  مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مجازی شناختی-رفتاری بر متغیرهای تعارض کار-خانواده، سلامت عمومی، کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان کارکنان تأثیر معنی‌داری داشته است. . لذا می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مجازی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی-رفتاری سبب کاهش تعارض کار-خانواده و افزایش سلامت عمومی، کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان کارکنان شده است.

Introduction
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral stress management virtual training on employees’ work-family conflict, general health, quality of life and mental health.
 
Method
This research was a semi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test and control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of Isfahan steel company. From this population 30 employees were selected by convenience sampling method and then randomly assigned in experimental and control groups (each 15 employees). The instruments included work-family conflict, general health, quality of life and mental health questionnaires. Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) used for data analysis.
Results
Theresults showed that there was a significant difference between the control and experimental groups in terms of work-family conflict, general health, quality of life and mental health.
 
Discussion
According to findings of this study, cognitive-behavioral stress management virtual training is suggested regarding employees’ work-family conflict, general health, quality of life and mental health.
