چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تبیین فرسودگی شغلی مشاوران بر اساس صفات شخصیتی (درون‌گرایی و برون‌گرایی) و جهت‌گیری مذهبی (درونی و بیرونی) انجام شد.روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی مشاوران شهر یزد بود. 160 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش و با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش سه متغیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند، لذا به‌ منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلش، پرسشنامه شخصیت آیزنک و پرسشنامه جهت‌گیری مذهبی آلپورت استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه گام‌به‌گام استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین شاخص‌های صفات شخصیتی و جهت‌گیری مذهبی با فرسودگی شغلی همبستگی معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین تیپ شخصیتی درون‌گرا با فرسودگی شغلی رابطه مثبت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (01/0p < ). بین جهت‌گیری مذهبی درونی نیز با فرسودگی شغلی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود داشت (01/0p <). نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که توجه به سلامت مشاوران در جهت بهبود کیفیت ارائه خدمات درمانی ضروری است. شناسایی عوامل زمینه‌ساز و مؤثر فرسودگی شغلی، برنامه‌ریزی دقیق برای استفاده از روش‌های پیشگیری، برگزاری دوره‌های راهنمایی، مهارت‌آموزی و ارتقاء شرایط کاری در بهبود و کاهش اثرات این عوامل مؤثر می‌باشد. از سویی دیگر، رابطه بین عوامل شخصیتی و جهت‌گیری مذهبی با فرسودگی شغلی می‌تواند مبنای بکارگیری پرسشنامه شخصیتی برای شناسایی افراد مستعد فرسودگی شغلی و آسیب روانی باشد.

Introduction
The aim of this research was to investigate the relationtionship of personality traits (introvertion and extravertion) and religious orientation (internal and external) with job burnout of counselors in Yazd counseling centers and hospitals
 
Methods
Methodology of this research is a correlational. The statistical population of the research included all consultants of Yazd counseling centers and hospitals. In this research, sampling method was convenience (160 persons). The instrument included Maslach's Job Burnout (1981), Eyesenck Personality (1967), and Allport's Religious Orientation (1950) Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficients and regression analysis by step-by-step method.
Results
Results showed that there are significant correlations between personality traits and religious orientation with job burnout. Based on the results from step-by-step regression analysis, parameters of introvertial personality type and internal direction were capable of clarifying career exhaustion, and no meaningful correlation observed between it and consultants' personality type as well as their religious direction.
 
Discussion
This study showed that focus on consultants' hygiene is essential for improving quality of treatment service; therefore, it is suggested psychological measures to be taken into account in order to prevent career exhaustion and improving consultants' hygiene. Results can help persons better know their personal situation to prevent career exhaustion. Meanwhile, correlation between personal factors besides religious direction and career exhaustion can be a basis for utilizing a personality questionnaire in order to recognize those who are subject to career exhaustion and trauma.
