چکیده

 
توجه به موضوعات روان‌شناسی و انگیزشی کارکنان یکی از موضوعات مهم در سازمان‌های دولتی است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین افسردگی و بهزیستی این‌جهانی کارکنان با توجه به نقش میانجی‌گر سه متغیر انگیزش درونی، بیرونی کنترل‌شده و بی‌انگیزگی انجام شده است. این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نوع توصیفی و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه 189 نفر از کارکنان سازمان‌های دولتی شهر شیراز بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS2 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که افسردگی بر بهزیستی این‌جهانی کارکنان و انگیزش درونی تأثیر منفی و معنی‌دار، اما بر انگیزش بیرونی کنترل‌شده و بی‌انگیزگی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین انگیزش درونی و انگیزش بیرونی کنترل‌شده تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر بهزیستی این‌جهانی کارکنان دارند. رابطه افسردگی بر بهزیستی این‌جهانی کارکنان نیز به وسیله سه متغیر میانجی انگیزش درونی، انگیزش بیرونی کنترل‌شده و بی‌انگیزگی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. با توجه به این‌که کارکنان در سازمان‌ها نیاز به توانایی روانی بالایی دارند، وجود حالت افسردگی منجر به کاهش این توانایی می‌گردد و از طرف دیگر احساس بهزیستی این‌جهانی کارکنان را کم‌رنگ می‌نماید. زمانی که شرایط لازم برای انگیزش کارکنان فراهم گردد، بهزیستی این‌جهانی بالاتری در آن‌ها به وجود خواهد آمد. این پژوهش برای اولین بار تلاش کرد افسردگی و تأثیر آن بر انگیزش درونی، انگیزش بیرونی کنترل‌شده، بی‌انگیزگی و بهزیستی این‌جهانی کارکنان را مورد سنجش قرار دهد.

Introduction
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between employees' depression and the the eudaimonic well-being of employees, while examining the mediating role of intrinsic motivation, controlled extrinsic motivation, and amotivation.
 
Method
The statistical population of the study was 189 employees of public organizations in Shiraz who were selected by convenience sampling method. The questionnaire contains 25 items with a 5-point Likert scale. In order to analyze the data, partial least squares and Smart PLS-2 software were used. To assess the validity and reliability, the convergent validity and Cronbach's alpha were used.
 
Results
The results showed that depression has a negative and significant effect on the eudaimonic well-being of employees and the intrinsic motivation, but has a positive and significant effect on controlled extrinsic motivation and amotivation. Also, intrinsic motivation and controlled extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on the eudaimonic well-being of employees. The mediating relationship between depression and eudaimonic well-being of employees was also confirmed by three variables of intrinsic motivation, controlled extrinsic motivation and amotivation.
Discussion
Given that employees in the the public organizations need to have high physical and mental capacity, the existence of depression will reduce this ability and on the other hand it will underestimate the eudaimonic well-being of employees. When the employees are given the necessary motivation, well-being will create a higher level in them.
