چکیده

برتری سازمان‌ها نسبت به هم حاصل توانمندی کارکنان آنان است. چنان‌چه عواملی منفی از قبیل استرس شغلی کارکنان پایین باشد، سلامت روان و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان افزایش می‌یابد. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه استرس شغلی با سلامت روان و تعهد سازمانی در کارکنان کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان ایلام بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان ایلام در سال 1397 بوده که تعداد کل آن‌ها 123 نفر بود. با توجه به محدود بودن حجم جامعه آماری، تمامی اعضای جامعه و به روش سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های تعهد سازمانی آلن و مایر، سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و استرس‌شغلی کوپر و همکاران، استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، بین استرس شغلی و سلامت روان رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد اما رابطه بین استرس شغلی و تعهد سازمانی معنی‌دار بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، مدیران کتابخانه‌ها باید به اثرات منفی استرس شغلی توجه کنند و برای حفظ تعهد کارکنان به سازمان، سعی در کاهش استرس شغلی آنان نمایند.

Introduction
Whether employees have control over job stress, their mental health, and organizational commitment will increase. One of the main factors for measuring the superiority of one organization to another one is its employees. Commitment and the mental health of employees increase job performance, productivity, and effectiveness of the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of job stress with mental health and organizational commitment in employees of Ilam province public librarians.
Method
The present research was a descriptive correlational study that was conducted by a survey method. The statistical population of this study included 123 employees of Ilam province public librarians. Mayer and Allen’s Organizational Commitment (1990), Goldberg’ General Health (1972), and Cooper et al.’ Job Stress (1988) Qquestionnaires were used for data gathering. The reliability of all questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha. Sstructural equation modeling in Lisrel software was used for data analysis.
 
Results
 Results showed that, there was no significant relationship between job stress and mental health. The relationship of job stress and organizational commitment was negative and significant.
 
Discussion
Results showed that job stress decreases organizational commitment, therefore, libraries managers should pay attention to this issue, and  should try to reduce the job stress of the workplace.
