چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره شغلی با رویکرد روایت­درمانی بر انطباق‌پذیری کارراهه، اهمال‌کاری و کیفیت زندگی کاری در کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود.  جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 13۹۹ به تعداد 140 نفر بودند. 30 نفر از کارکنان به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورن تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت هفت جلسه 60 تا 90 دقیقه‌ای در گروه مشاوره کارراهه با رویکرد روایت­درمانی شرکت کردند. متغیرهای پژوهش با پرسشنامه­های انطباق‌پذیری مسیر شغلی ساویکاس و پورفیلی (2012)، اهمال­کاری تاکمن (1991) و کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1973) مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند‌متغیری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS-24 تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مشاوره کارراهه با رویکرد روایت­درمانی میزان اهمال‌کاری را کاهش و میزان انطباق‌پذیری و کیفیت زندگی کاری را افزایش داد. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که اجرای مشاوره شغلی با رویکرد روایت­درمانی می‌تواند سبب افزایش عملکرد شغلی و بهره‌وری کارکنان سازمان‌ها شود. پیشنهاد می‌گردد مراکز آموزش عالی و ادارات استفاده از مبانی مشاوره کارراهه مبتنی بر رویکرد روایت درمانی را در برنامه‌های آموزشی کارکنان خود جای دهند، این امر می‌تواند بر کاهش اهمال‌کاری، افزایش انطباق‌پذیری مسیر شغلی و کیفیت زندگی کاری تأثیرگذار باشد.

Introduction
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of career counseling with a narrative therapy approach on career adaptability, procrastination, and quality of work life in the education employees of Isfahan province.
 
Method
The research method was quasi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test and control group design. The statistical population included all education staff of Isfahan province including 140 employees. 30 employees were selected through census sampling method. These employees then randomly assign into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received career counseling with a narrative therapy approach in seven sessions (60 to 90-minutes sessions per week). The study variables were assessed using the Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS) (1991), Savickas and Porfeli Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) (2012), and Walton Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (WQWLQ) (1973). Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) using SPSS-24 software.
 
Results
The results showed that the intervention sessions decreased procrastination and promoted career adaptability and quality of working life in the experimental group in the post-test phase. The impact rates for procrastination, adaptability, and quality of working life were 0.30, 0.80, and 0.35 respectively. In other words, it can be said that career counseling with a narrative therapy approach has reduced the scores of procrastination in the experimental group in the post-test stage and has increased the scores of career adaptability and quality of work life.
 
Discussion
Based on findings of this study, it can be concluded that career counseling with a narrative therapy approach can help improvhng employees’ job performance and productivity. So, it is suggested that higher education institutions include career counseling program based on a narrative approach in their employees’ training programs.
