چکیده

امروزه موضوع سلامت کارکنان بسیار مورد توجه پژوهشگران قـرار گرفته است. انگیزش یک حالت درونی است که رفتار انسان را انرژی بخشیده، فعال ساخته، به حرکت درآورده و به سوی اهداف معینی هدایت می کند. هم‌چنین خودکارآمدی، قضاوت شخصی فرد از توانایی‌های خود برای سازماندهی و انجام یک فعالیت می‌باشد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش شادکامی بر خودکارآمدی و انگیزش شغلی کارکنان اداره کل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری استان گلستان انجام شد. طرح پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون_ پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری در این تحقیق عبارت بودند از کلیه کارکنان اداره کل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری استان گلستان؛ که 30 نفر از آن‌ها که نمره انگیزش شغلی و خودکارآمدی پایین‌تری داشتند به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش عبارت بود از پرسش‌نامه انگیزش شغلی کیچنر و پرسش‌نامه خودکارآمدی شرر و همکاران که در مراحل پیش آزمون و پس‌آزمون توزیع شد. سپس گروه آزمایش طی مدت 8 جلسه (هر جلسه 120 دقیقه) تحت آموزش شادکامی فوردایس قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس در نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 استفاده شد. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و گواه از نظر انگیزش شغلی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (05/0>P). هم‌چنین در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه از نظر خودکارآمدی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (05/0>p). با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، آموزش شادکامی با بهره‌گیری از فنون ابراز احساسات، دوری از افکار نگران‌کننده، زندگی در حال و آشنایی با شخصیت سالم می‌تواند یک روش کارآمد جهت افزایش خودکارآمدی و انگیزش شغلی کارکنان به شمار رود.

Introduction
Today the issue of employee health has received much attention from researchers. Motivation is an inner state that energizes, activates, moves human behavior and leads to certain goals. Self-efficacy is also a person's personal judgment of their ability to organize and perform an activity. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of the effectiveness of happiness training on self-efficacy and work motivation in employees’ of General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Golestan Province.
 
Method
The research design was a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population in this study included all employees of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Golestan Province; Thirty of them who had lower work motivation and self-efficacy scores were selected by purposive sampling method and assigned in two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). The research instruments included Kitchener’s work Motivation and Sherer’s Self-Efficacy Questionnaires.The experimental group then recieved Fordyce Happiness training program for 8 sessions (120 minutes each session). Analysis of covariance in SPSS-22 software was used for data analysis.
 
Results
Findings from analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of work motivation (P<0.05). There is also a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of self-efficacy (p<0.05).
 
Discussion
According to results of the present study, happiness training by using the art of expressing emotions, avoiding worrying thoughts, living in the present and getting acquainted with a healthy personality can be an effective way to increase self-efficacy and work motivation.
