چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ترومای سازمانی بر سلامت روان پرستاران با توجه به نقش تعدیل‌گری سرسختی روان‌شناختی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل پرستاران برخی از بیمارستان‌های منتخب آجا است که تعداد 162 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب گردید. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های ترومای سازمانی، سلامت روان و سرسختی روان‌شناختی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از روش رگرسیون و نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ترومای سازمانی بر سلامت روان اثر منفی و معنی‌داری دارد. از طرفی، سرسختی روان‌شناختی، از نقش تعدیل‌گری معنی‌داری در رابطه مذکور برخوردار نمی‌باشد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش توصیه می‌شود تا به مواردی مانند آموزش مثبت‌اندیشی، افزایش امید به زندگی پرستاران، تمرکز بر هوش معنوی پرستاران، افزایش حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده پرداخته شود.

Introduction
Mental health is affected by many problems such as organizational trauma. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of organizational trauma on nurses' mental health with the moderating role of psychological
hardiness.
Method
This research is a descriptive-survey study. The statistical population of the present research included nurses of some selected AJA hospitals, of which 162 nurses were selected by stratified random sampling method. For data collection, standard questionnaires of Dulaty and Deyhimpuor’ Organizational Trauma (2018), Gabedberg and Hiller’ Mental Health (1979), and Kiamarsi
et al.’ Psychological Hardiness (1998) were used. Regression analysis and SPSS-22 software were used for data analysis.
 
Results
The results showed that organizational trauma has a negative and significant relationship with mental health (β=-0.64, p<0.001), but the moderating role of psychological hardiness in the relationship between organizational trauma and mental health was not significant.
 
Discussion
Based on the research results if we want decreasing the organizational trauma effect, it is recommended to address issues such as positive thinking training, increasing nurses 'life expectancy, and increasing perceived organizational support.
