چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت استرس بر استرس شغلی و خودکارآمدی با کنترل روان‌رنجورخویی کارکنان مرکز تماس شرکت ایرانسل در سال 1402 انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی کارکنان مرکز تماس شرکت ایرانسل شهر مشهد در سال 1402 بودند که از میان آن‌ها تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به ‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) جای‌دهی شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای آموزش مدیریت استرس قرار گرفت و گروه گواه تا پایان پژوهش مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های خودکارآمدی (شرر و همکاران، 1982)، استرس شغلی (اورلی و گیردانو، 1980) و روان‌رنجورخویی (کاستا و مک کری، 1992) بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و در نرم‌افزار SPSS-27 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مدیریت استرس بر کاهش استرس شغلی و افزایش خودکارآمدی کارکنان مرکز تماس با کنترل روان‌رنجورخویی، اثربخش بود (05/0‌>p). نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که آموزش مدیریت استرس منجر‌به افزایش خودکارآمدی و کاهش استرس شغلی کارکنان مرکز تماس شرکت ایرانسل شهر مشهد می‌گردد. با ‌توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده به‌ نظر می‌رسد برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی مدیریت استرس برای ایجاد سازگاری روان‌شناختی بیشتر در راستای مدیریت شرایط استرس‌زا در محیط‌های کاری و همچنین ارتقاء سلامت روان کارکنان و درنتیجه بهبود کیفیت و بهره‌وری سازمانی، به‌صورت منظم برای کارکنان پیشنهاد می‌شود.

Introduction
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of stress management training on job stress and self-efficacy by controlling the neurotic personality of call center employees of Irancell Company in 2023.
 
Method
The research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. The statistical population of the research was all the employees of the call center of Irancell Company in Mashhad in 1402, among whom 30 employees were selected by available sampling method and randomly placed in two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). The experimental group underwent 8 sessions of 90-minutes stress management training, and the control group did not receive any intervention until the end of the study. The research tools included self-efficacy (Sherer et al., 1982), job stress (Orly and Girdano, 1980) and neuroticism (Costa and McCree, 1992) questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis and SPSS-27 software.
 
 
Results
The results of the research showed that stress management training is effective on occupational stress and self-efficacy by controlling the personality traits of Mashhad call center employees (P<0.05).
 
Discussion
The results of the research indicate that stress management training leads to an increase in self-efficacy and a reduction in occupational stress of the call center employees of Irancell Company in Mashhad. According to the obtained results, it seems that holding stress management training courses to create more adaptability and manage stressful conditions in work environments, as well as improve and increase the mental health of employees, and as a result, improve organizational quality and productivity, on a regular basis recommended for employees.
