چکیده

هدف این پژوهش‌ تعیین میزان برازش مدل مفهومی شادکامی سازمانی بر‌اساس حمایت سازمانی و اجتماعی ادراک‌شده با نقش میانجی کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان بود. روش طرح پژوهشی حاضر، از نوع همبستگی و جز پژوهش‌های کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان دهلران به تعداد 640 نفر بود که بر‌اساس جدول مورگان 240 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پرسش‌نامه‌های‌ شادکامی سازمانی (1985) Watson et al. ، حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده (1986) Eisenberger et al.، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده (1988) et al.  Zimet و کیفیت زندگی کاری (1973) Walton
بود. بر‌اساس نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری، شاخص­های برازش مدل مورد مطالعه تأیید شد و نتایج نشان داد حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده بر شادکامی سازمانی اثر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. اثر حمایت سازمانی بر کیفیت زندگی کاری معنی‌دار بود. همچنین اثر کیفیت زندگی کاری بر شادکامی سازمانی مثبت و معنی‌دار بود. ‌اثرات غیرمستقیم حمایت سازمانی و اجتماعی ادراک‌شده بر شادکامی سازمانی با نقش میانجی کیفیت زندگی کاری مثبت و معنی‌دار شد. در این پژوهش اثر حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده بر شادکامی سازمانی و اثر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده بر کیفیت زندگی کاری معنی‌دار نبود. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده پیشنهاد می‌شود‌ مسئولان آموزش و پرورش، با افزایش حمایت سازمانی و اجتماعی و بالا بردن سطح رفاه و کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان در جهت شادکامی سازمانی آنان بکوشند تا معلمان نیز بتوانند، سازمان را در کسب نتایج بهتر یاری نمایند.

Introduction
The purpose of this study was to determine the fit of the conceptual model of organizational happiness based on perceived organizational and social support with the mediating role of teachers' quality of work life with the data.
 
Method
The method of the present research design is correlational and is part of applied research. The statistical population consisted of 640 elementary school teachers of Dehlran city, 240 of whom were selected based on Morgan's table by available sampling method. The instrument used are Watson's organizational happiness (1985); Perceived organizational support Eisenberger et al. (1986); Perceived social support was by Zimmet et al. (1988) and quality of work life by Walton (1973) questionnaires.
Results
The results of data analysis using the structural equation modeling showed that the fit indices of the proposed model were confirmed.The results showed that perceived social support have a positive and significant effect on organizational happiness. The effect of organizational support on the quality of work life was significant. Also, the effect of quality of work life on organizational happiness was positive and significant. The indirect effects of perceived organizational and social support on organizational happiness with the mediating role of quality of work life were positive and significant.
 
Discussion
According to the obtained results, it is suggested that the education authorities, by increasing organizational and social support and raising the level of well-being and quality of work life of teachers, should strive for their organizational happiness so that teachers can also help the organization in obtaining better results.
