چکیده

انگیزه کاری و رفتار نوآورانه نقش حیاتی در توسعه سازمان‌ها ایفاء می‌کند، چراکه بهره‌وری و اثربخشی کارکنان را افزایش می‌دهد. همچنین به معنای امکان توسعه کارآفرینی، آماده‌سازی کارکنان برای فعال بودن برای تغییرات احتمالی، مشارکت آنان در فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری و اقدام است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش بازی‌های مدیریتی بر انگیزش شغلی و رفتارهای نوآورانه مدیران بود که پس از آشنایی با این تکنیک و مواجهه با موقعیت‌ها و استفاده از آن در تصمیم‌گیری، رابطه آن را با انگیزش شغلی و رفتارهای نوآورانه بررسی شد. روش این پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی بود که در آن از دو گروه پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه استفاده شد. در واقع آموزش بازی‌های مدیریتی به عنوان یک متغیر مستقل برای تعیین تأثیر آن بر انگیزه شغلی و رفتارهای نوآورانه مدیران به عنوان متغیرهای وابسته به‌کار گرفته شد. حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر از مدیران شرکت نرم‌افزاری داتین است که به ‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره انتخاب شدند و معیار ورود آن‌ها داشتن سابقه کار و حضور بیش از 2 سال در تیم بود. ابزار تحقیق شامل دو پرسش‌نامه خودگزارشی انگیزش شغلی هاکمن و اولدهام (1976) و رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان جانسن (2000) بود که قبل و بعد از مداخله مورد‌نظر (آموزش بازی‌های مدیرتی) برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. همچنین داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم‌افزار SPSS23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از تأثیر آموزش بازی‌های مدیریتی بر انگیزه شغلی و رفتارهای نوآورانه مدیران بود (05/0>P). اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت بازی بر انگیزش شغلی و رفتار نوآورانه نشان می‌دهد که مدیران با اتخاذ چنین رویکردی در سازمان می‌توانند انگیزه شغلی و رفتار نوآورانه را در کارکنان افزایش دهند.

Introduction
Work motivation and innovative behavior play a vital role in the development of organizations, as they increase employee productivity and effectiveness. It also means the possibility of developing entrepreneurship, preparing them to be active for possible changes, their participation in the decision-making process and initiating action. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of management games training on the work motivation and innovative behaviors of managers, who after familiarizing themselves with this technique and facing situations and using it in decision-making examine its relationship with work motivation and innovative behaviors.
 
Method
The research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group.
management games training was applied as an independent variable to determine its effect on work motivation and innovative behaviors of managers as dependent variables. The sample size includes 30 managers of Datin Software Company, who were randomly assigned in two groups of 15 people, and their entry criteria were having work experience and being in the team for more than 2 years. The research instrument included two self-reporting questionnaires of Hackman and Oldham''s work motivation (1976) and Jansen''s employees’ innovative behavior (2000), which were administered to both groups before and after the intended intervention (Management Games training). Also, Data were analyzed mancova with SPSS23 software.
