چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه علّی حمایت اجتماعی و امید به اشتغال با نقش میانجی‎گر عزت ‌نفس و سرمایه روان‎شناختی در زنان سرپرست خانوار است. روش تحقیق بنیادی و از نوع توصیفی–همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش زنان سرپرست خانوار در سال 1403 شهر مشهد بود که از این جامعه، نمونه‌ای شامل 250 نفر از زنان سرپرست خانوار مرکز محبان‌الرضا به روش نمونه‎گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه‌های‌ سرمایه‌ روان‌شناختی لوتانز (2007)، عزت‎نفس روزنبرگ (1965)، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده زیمن و همکاران (1988) و‌ امید به اشتغال هنگ و چوی‌ (2013) بود. داد‌‌ه‌‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی‌ پیرسون و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه‌ و‌ تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است و حمایت اجتماعی بر‌‌ امید به اشتغال با توجه به نقش میانجی‌ عزت ‌نفس و سرمایه روان‎شناختی دارای اثر غیرمستقیم‌ و‌ معنی‌دار است. بین حمایت اجتماعی با امید به اشتغال، عزت ‌نفس و سرمایه روان‎شناختی رابطه مثبت و مستقیم وجود دارد. همچنین بین عزت ‌نفس و سرمایه روان‎شناختی با امید به اشتغال نیز رابطه مثبت و مستقیم وجود دارد. حمایت اجتماعی، عزت‌نفس و سرمایه روان‌شناختی با امید به اشتغال زنان سرپرست خانوار رابطه معنی‌داری دارند. بنابراین‌ برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی جهت تقویت حمایت اجتماعی، عزت ‌نفس و سرمایه روان‌شناختی در زنان سرپرست خانوار توصیه می‌گردد.

Introduction
The aim of the current research is to investigate the causal relationship between social support and hope for employment with the mediating role of self-esteem and psychological capital in women heads of households.
 
Method
The fundamental and descriptive-correlation research method is based on structural equation modeling. The population studied in this research was female heads of households in Mashhad city in 2024, and a sample of 250 female heads of households of Mohiban Al-Reza Center was selected from this population by simple random sampling method. The tools used in the research were Luthans Psychological Capital (2007), Rosenberg Self-Esteem (1965), Ziman et al.'s Perceived Social Support (1988), and Heng and Choi's Employment Hope Questionnaires (2013). The data was analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis and structural equation modeling.
 
Results
The results showed that the research model has a favorable fit and that social support has an indirect and significant effect on the hope of employment due to the mediating role of self-esteem and psychological capital. There is a positive and direct relationship between social support and hope for employment, self-esteem and psychological capital. Also, there is a positive and direct relationship between self-esteem and psychological capital with hope for employment.
 
Discussion
Social support, self-esteem and psychological capital have significant relationships with the employment hope of female heads of households. Therefore, it is recommended to hold workshops to strengthen social support, self-esteem and psychological capital in women heads of households.
