IntroductionThis research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of stress management training on job stress and self-efficacy by controlling the neurotic personality of call center employees of Irancell Company in 2023. MethodThe research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. The statistical population of the research was all the employees of the call center of Irancell Company in Mashhad in 1402, among whom 30 employees were selected by available sampling method and randomly placed in two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). The experimental group underwent 8 sessions of 90-minutes stress management training, and the control group did not receive any intervention until the end of the study. The research tools included self-efficacy (Sherer et al., 1982), job stress (Orly and Girdano, 1980) and neuroticism (Costa and McCree, 1992) questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis and SPSS-27 software. ResultsThe results of the research showed that stress management training is effective on occupational stress and self-efficacy by controlling the personality traits of Mashhad call center employees (P<0.05). DiscussionThe results of the research indicate that stress management training leads to an increase in self-efficacy and a reduction in occupational stress of the call center employees of Irancell Company in Mashhad. According to the obtained results, it seems that holding stress management training courses to create more adaptability and manage stressful conditions in work environments, as well as improve and increase the mental health of employees, and as a result, improve organizational quality and productivity, on a regular basis recommended for employees.

IntroductionThis research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of therapy based on acceptance and commitment on self-efficacy, job stress and emotion regulation of female teachers in Azadshahr city in 2011. MethodThe research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. The statistical population of the research was all the female teachers of Azadshahr city in the academic year 2022-2023, and 30 of them were selected by convenient sampling method and randomly placed in 2 experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). The experimental group underwent 8 sessions of 45-minute therapy based on acceptance and commitment, and the control group did not receive any intervention until the end of the study. The instruments included self-efficacy, emotion regulation and occupational stress questionnaires. The research data was analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance and using spss software version 25. ResultsThe research results showed that the treatment based on acceptance and commitment is effective on self-efficacy, job stress and emotional regulation of female teachers in Azadshahr city (P<0.05). DiscussionThe results of the research indicates that the treatment based on acceptance and commitment by understanding the disturbing event without avoiding or restraining it, leads to increasing self-efficacy, reducing job stress and improving emotional regulation of female teachers in Azadshahr city.

IntroductionToday the issue of employee health has received much attention from researchers. Motivation is an inner state that energizes, activates, moves human behavior and leads to certain goals. Self-efficacy is also a person's personal judgment of their ability to organize and perform an activity. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of the effectiveness of happiness training on self-efficacy and work motivation in employees’ of General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Golestan Province. MethodThe research design was a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population in this study included all employees of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Golestan Province; Thirty of them who had lower work motivation and self-efficacy scores were selected by purposive sampling method and assigned in two experimental and control groups (15 people in each group). The research instruments included Kitchener’s work Motivation and Sherer’s Self-Efficacy Questionnaires.The experimental group then recieved Fordyce Happiness training program for 8 sessions (120 minutes each session). Analysis of covariance in SPSS-22 software was used for data analysis. ResultsFindings from analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of work motivation (P<0.05). There is also a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of self-efficacy (p<0.05). DiscussionAccording to results of the present study, happiness training by using the art of expressing emotions, avoiding worrying thoughts, living in the present and getting acquainted with a healthy personality can be an effective way to increase self-efficacy and work motivation.

Introduction The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship of perfectionism and organizational commitment with self-efficacy. Method The research method was correlational and the statistical population of this research included all Qazvin Glass Factory employees. From this population 120 employees were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were collected by perfectionism questionnaire, organizational commitment scale and self-efficacy scale. Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regressions were used for data analysis. Result The results showed that the correlation coefficient between perfectionism and self-efficacy also the correlation coefficient between organizational commitment and self-efficacy were statistically significant. Another finding showed that perfectionism and organizational commitment have a significant predictive power of self-efficacy. Discussion According to the results of this study, employees’ self-efficacy can be increased through perfectionism and organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of psychological capital's dimensions with job performance. The statistical population included all military personnel participating in excellent classic course, of which 76 employees selected by simple random sampling method. The instruments were Lutanz's Psychological Capital Inventory and Paterson's job Performance Questionnaire. The results of Pearson simple correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all dimensions of psychological capital and job performance. The results of regression analysis showed that only resiliency could predict job performance. It explained 15.8 percent of job performance Variance.
