Admission Requirements for Review in the Journal of Industrial and Organizational Psychology Studies

The editorial board urges all authors who submit articles for this journal to:

1-      Title of article in be written in Persian and English.

2-      Abstract: Write about 150 to 250 words in both Persian and English abstracts. The abstract of the article in English should also be translated into Persian abstract content and contain objective, method, results and conclusions sections.

3-      The keywords in both Persian and English are given below the abstracts (3 to 5 words).

4-      Introduction to the article includes: Problem expression, theoretical foundations and research background using new theories and references.

5-      The objectives, questions, or hypotheses of the research are properly stated.

6-      Research methodology includes: Research design, statistical population, sampling methods, tools and their validity and reliability and data analysis method.

7-      The findings clearly show the results of the research.

8-      Discussion and conclusion of the paper should examine the results of the research and explain the findings, express limitations and suggestions.

9-      Foreign equivalents, scientific and nonverbal terms and concepts referred to in the article shall be fully reproduced on the same page as a footnote.

10-  The references cited in the text of the article must be from reliable, reputable, and new sources.

11-  The list of references should be arranged in English alphabetical order. If there are some Persian references, the author's name and authors should be translated into English, the year converted in Georgian year, and finally the Persian word added. (It is also necessary to send Persian sources translated into English in a separate file)

12-  How to refer in the text is in the following format for all references, both Persian and English.

- One person author (Arshadi, 2017)
- Author of Two People (Arshadi & Hashemi, 2017)
- Also, for the first time in the text, if the author is more than two, all names are written up to the first six people, and if there are more than six people, only the first author's name is written and then the et al is written. (Arshadi et al., 2017)

Thesis

Last name, first name (year). Title. Master thesis or doctoral dissertation. Name of university, city.

Considerations

  1. The article has not been submitted to another journal or published elsewhere.
  2. The author (s) is responsible for the material provided in each article.
  3. The journal is free to accept or reject the article.
  4. The journal is free in the editing and essential changing of articles.
  5. Received articles are first reviewed by the editorial board and will be judged by three experts if they are in line with the objectives of the journal and adherence to scientific standards.

 

Formats and fonts used in preparing the article for the Journal of Industrial and Organizational Psychology Studies using Word 2007 software and single column file, paper size (29.7 * 21) cm (A4) with the following tips and recorded in the journal electronic system.

 

 The article should be submitted in 3 files (1) author's profile, 2- original article without author's name, 3)  publishing ethics commitment and conflict of interest disclosure form.

* The order names of the authors of the article must be identical, either in the author's file or on the system.
