Dear Authors, please note that you should first read the registration guide for the Hamanandjoo system (to download the registration guide, click here).
To log in to the Hamanandjoo system, go to https://tik.irandoc.ac.ir. Click on the "Login" option and enter your email address and password.
Then, through the "New Request" option, register your article. To submit your article file for similarity check, select "Journal Article", upload the file, and in the "Send to" step under organizational affiliation, choose Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and enter the journal name as Industrial and Organizational Psychology Studies.
The acceptable similarity percentage is less than 20%. After obtaining the similarity report, you must upload the report when submitting your article on the journal’s website. Submitting the similarity report is mandatory.
