Introduction
Mental health is affected by many problems such as organizational trauma. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of organizational trauma on nurses' mental health with the moderating role of psychological hardiness.
Method
This research is a descriptive-survey study. The statistical population of the present research included nurses of some selected AJA hospitals, of which 162 nurses were selected by stratified random sampling method. For data collection, standard questionnaires of Dulaty and Deyhimpuor’ Organizational Trauma (2018), Gabedberg and Hiller’ Mental Health (1979), and Kiamarsi et al.’ Psychological Hardiness (1998) were used. Regression analysis and SPSS-22 software were used for data analysis.
Results
The results showed that organizational trauma has a negative and significant relationship with mental health (β=-0.64, p<0.001), but the moderating role of psychological hardiness in the relationship between organizational trauma and mental health was not significant.
Discussion
Based on the research results if we want decreasing the organizational trauma effect, it is recommended to address issues such as positive thinking training, increasing nurses 'life expectancy, and increasing perceived organizational support.

Also, our results showed that the intervention had a significant effect on reducing social interaction anxiety in bus drivers (P> 0.05). DiscussionTraining in psycho-social skills could be used as part of the well-being program to improve the mental health of urban bus drivers. Introduction One of the important concerns of a healthy organization is physical and mental health of its employees. Work can satisfy some basic human needs, but can also be a major source of job stress and low levels of mental health. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job burnout and mental health with the moderating role of psychological hardiness and organization-based self-esteem. Method The research method was a descriptive one. The statistical population consisted of all staff and line employees of Khuzestan Province Gas Company (N=320). Accordingly, all members of the population formed the research sample. 263 questionnaires were returned among the distributed questionnaires. By eliminating the incomplete questionnaires, the final sample for testing the hypotheses was 242. From this sample, 185 were men. The mean and standard deviation of the age of the sample was 39.81 and 9.53, respectively, with 14.58 and 8.91 years of work experience. For data collecting, Mental Health Questionnaire (Goldberg & Hillier, 1979), Job Burnout Questionnaire (Maslach, 1981), Psychological Hardiness Questionnaire (Kiamarsi, 1997) and Organization-Based Self-Esteem Questionnaire (Pierce et al., 1989) were used. Results The results of the regression analysis showed that job burnout had a negative and significant relationship with mental health. In other words, job burnout had significant power in predicting mental health (β= -0.73, p < 0.001). Also, standard coefficient of regression of interaction of job burnout with psychological hardiness was significant (β= -0.58, p < 0.001). Also, the interaction of organization-based self-esteem with job burnout was significant (β= -0.28, p < 0.010,). Thus, the effects of job burnout on mental health have been moderated by psychological hardiness and organization-based self-esteem. Discussion The results indicated that job burnout has a negative relationship with employees' mental health. Therefore, it is suggested that conflict resolution, negotiation, stress management skills and ... training to increase the staff's ability to cope with stress and reduce the likelihood of job burnout. Also, the results showed that psychological hardiness and organization-based self-esteem were able to moderate the relationship between job burnout and mental health. Based on these results, it is recommended to train individuals on ways to increase psychological hardiness and organization-based self-esteem through educational programs.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between happiness at work and job performance, mental health and turnover intention considering the mediating role of job stress and work-family facilitation. Two hundred and thirty one employees of Fouladin Zob Amol (F.Z.A) Company were selected by stratified random sampling as participants of this study. In order to collect data, the participants were asked to complete questionnaires such as work engagement, affective well-being, job performance, mental health, turnover intention, job stress and work-family facilitation.Fitness of the proposed model was examined through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using SPSS-19 and AMOS-19 software packages. The indirect effects were tested using the bootstrap procedure. Findings indicated that the proposed model fit the data well. Better fit was obtained by correlating two-tailed errors. Findings also showed that all direct and indirect paths were significant.Besides, the results of this study supported the positive indirect effects of happiness at work on job performance, mental health and turnover intention considering the mediating role of job stress and work-family facilitation. Thus, this study underscores the practical benefits of fostering happiness in the workplace.Considering the importance of happiness to key organizational and personal outcomes such as mental health, turnover intention and job performance, the results can provide a guide for increasing happiness in organizations.
