The statistical population of all employees of the Mashhad Municipality in the second half of 2023 was 420 people, of whom 220 were selected based on the Morgan table using the available sampling method. The research instruments were the personality type questionnaire (Myers Briggs, 2005), job resilience (Liu, 2003) and self-management skills (Hawthorne and Neck, 2002). The research data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS version 26 software.
