The organizational citizenship and anti-service behaviors of the participants were later assessed during three phases of pre-test, post-test and follow-up of 4 months. The experimental group received 8 sessions of MBCT adapted for Iranian culture as each session took 120 minutes. The results of the MANCOWA revealed that MBCT have constant significant effects on changes of mean scores of organizational citizenship and anti-service behaviors (P£0.01). It is also concluded that MBCT have continued effects on improving organizational citizenship behaviors and modifying anti-service behaviors in employees.

Recently, the importance of recovery and its impacts on job performance have attracted much attention. Recovery is the process of replenishing the depleted resource. Previous studies have examined the relationship between immediate impacts of recovery and performance of employees on the same day, while the current study gathered data in three weeks time from 140 employees in three different companies. The present study explored the relationship between the level of individual recovery at the start of the working week and performance multidimensional construct namely personal initiative, organization citizenship behavior, effort and task performance. The results showed that those employees who had a good recovery increased their task performance, personal initiative, organizational citizenship behavior during the whole week. It was also found that if recovery was done at the end of the week, the staff needed less amount of effort to perform their task well. To prevent reducing performance, employees usually try to compensate by putting in more effort at work, so they experienced more strain. Both organization and employees share the advantage of recovery. This means that employees are no longer experiencing the burden and pressure of work and organizations also benefit from the improvement of task performance, organization citizenship behavior and personal initiative of their staff.

The purpose of this study was to design and test a model of some antecedents and outcomes of organizational creativity. In this model, organizational innovative climate, psychological capital, intrinsic motivation and psychological empowerment were considered as the antecedents of organizational creativity while organizational innovation and job performance were considered as the outcomes. The participants of the study were 340 employees, (including 304 males and 36 females) of National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) in Ahvaz, who were selected by stratified random sampling method. The instruments used to measure the variables were Situational Outlook Questionnaire (SOQ), Psychological Capital Scale, Intrinsic Motivation Scale, Psychological Empowerment Scale, Organizational Creativity Scale, Organizational Innovation Scale and Job Performance Scale. Fitness of the proposed model was examined through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), SPSS-18 and AMOS-18 software packages. The indirect effects were tested using the bootstrap procedure. Findings indicated that the proposed model fit the data relatively well. Better fit and more meaningful results were obtained by omitting four non-significant paths and using AMOS modification indices. All indirect effects were significant as well.

The indirect effects were tested using the bootstrap procedure. Findings indicated that the proposed model fit the data well. Better fit was obtained by correlating two-tailed errors. Findings also showed that all direct and indirect paths were significant.Besides, the results of this study supported the positive indirect effects of happiness at work on job performance, mental health and turnover intention considering the mediating role of job stress and work-family facilitation. Thus, this study underscores the practical benefits of fostering happiness in the workplace.Considering the importance of happiness to key organizational and personal outcomes such as mental health, turnover intention and job performance, the results can provide a guide for increasing happiness in organizations.

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the moderating role of big five personality factors in the relationship between job stress and emotional exhaustion and fatigue. Research statistical population was employees of a public organization in Tehran city, Iran. Among them, two hundred sixty five employees were selected using systematic random sampling. Research instruments were Big Five Personality Factor Questionnaire, Job Stress Questionnaire (JSQ), Emotional Exhaustion Questionnaire (EEQ) and fatigue researcher-made Questionnaire. Data were then analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. Results revealed that neuroticism moderates the relationship between job stress and emotional exhaustion and fatigue. Simple slope analysis showed that in high neuroticism, rather than low neuroticism, there is a stronger positive relationship between job stress and emotional exhaustion and fatigue. Results of the current research also indicated that high neuroticism is a risk factor for relating job stress to emotional exhaustion and fatigue.

The aim of this research was the study of relationship between job stress and general health considering the moderating role of perceived organizational support in employees of Oil Company. Research statistical population was employees of Oil Company in Ahvaz city. Among them, one hundred employees were selected using simple random sampling method. To measure the variables, Job Stress Questionnaire (JSQ), General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaire (POSQ) were used as the instruments in this study. Using SPSS-16, Pearson’s correlation and moderated regression methods were run for the analysis of the moderating effect. The results indicate that there is a statistically significant negative relationship between job stress and general health. It is also found that perceived organizational support modifies the relationship between job stress and general health.
