The aim of present study was to examine the relationship between perfectionism and burnout with mediating role of workaholism among banks'''' employees. For this study, 300 employees were selected by simple random sampling method from banks in Tabriz. The instruments were Maslach Burnout Inventory, Hill Perfectionism Scale and Workaholism Questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and Sobel test in regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results showed that perfectionism has negative correlation with job burnout significantly and positive correlation with workaholism. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting learning transfer to workplace based on the theory of planned behavior. Statistical population included all employees of public organizations located in official site of Sanandaj city. A sample size of 185 employees were selected by convenience sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 44 questions that its validity confirmed according to the experts and its reliability confirmed according to cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed by multiple regression and Path analysis. The results showed that transfer of learning affected by the transfer intention and transfer intention explained through attitudes to learning transfer, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. Perceived behavioral control directly affects on the behavior of learning transfer. Eventually, the attitude to learning transfer is influenced by the expected social status, expected contribution and expected rewards.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of gender stereotypes on the lack of promotion of female employees. The method of this study was Survey. Cronbach's alpha indicated a good reliability of the questionnaire. The statistical population of the present study was all female employees of Islamic Azad University Science and Research Branch of Tehran. From this population 149 employees were selected by stratified random sampling mehtod. Findings of the research indicated that there is a relationship between the lack of promotion of women's job and gender stereotypes. Among the contextual variables, only the level of education is an affecting factor on the lack of promotion of women's occupation and gender stereotypes.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and job engagement. This research is a descriptive and correlational type. The statistical population of the study consisted of all teachers in the Charousa region. From this population 250 teachers were selected by random sampling method. The instruments consisted of Schoufli's Job Engagement and Lutans Psychological Capital Questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multivariate regression and Pearson correlation coefficient. All analyses were performed using SPSS 25 software. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and job engagement. Pearson's correlation analysis also indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between psychological capital and its dimensions with the job engagement. The results of regression analysis showed that among the dimensions of psychological capital, resilience and hope were good predictors of teachers' job engagement.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction in hotel's employees. The statistical population of the research includes all employees of one five-star hotel in Tehran. From This population 175 employees were selected by simple random sampling method. The instrumemt used for research variables were Leins Job Satisfaction, and Arresters and De Brown Stein Job Motivation Questionnaires. Pearson correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. The result showded there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction.

The aim of this study was to investigate the conceptual model of the relationship between job burnout with self-regulation with mediating role of procrastination. The research method in this research was descriptive correlational using structural equation modeling. Statistical population of this study consisted all of the administrators of elementary schools in Mashhad, Tabadkan region. From this population 240 administrators were selected by simple random sampling method. The instroments included Tuckman procrastination, Maslach burnout and Miller and Brown self-regulation questionnaires. The findings suggested that job burnout has negative and significant relationship with self-regulation, and has a positive and significant relationship with procrastination. Also, the mediating role of procrastination has been supported.
