IntroductionBurnout is considered a threat to the mental health of teachers and educational and organizational environments, and identifying the psychological factors affecting it is of particular importance. The purpose of this research was to investigate an structural model of relationship between covid-19 anxiety, quality of life and psychological well-being with job burnout considering the mediating role of social support. MethodThe current research method was descriptive-correlation. 365 teachers from the fourth education district of Ahvaz were selected by random sampling method as research sample. The instrument of this research included job burnout (Meslech, 1981), Covid-19 Anxiety (Alipour et al., 2018), quality of life (World Health Organization, 1996), psychological well-being (Ryff, 1989) and social support (Phillips, 1986). Evaluation of the proposed model was done through structural equation modeling and using SPSS-26 and AMOS-24 softwares. In order to test the indirect effects, the bootstrap method was used.ResultsStructural equation modeling analysis supported the fit of the proposed model with the data. The results indicated that corona disease anxiety has a significant positive effect on job burnout. Quality of life and psychological well-being have significant negative effects on job burnout. Social support has a significant negative effect on job burnout. Corona disease anxiety has a significant negative effect on social support. Quality of life and psychological well-being have significant positive effects on social support. Corona disease anxiety, quality of life, and psychological well-being through social support have significant indirect effects on job burnout. DiscussionAccording to these findings, it can be concluded that by increasing the quality of life and psychological well-being and reducing the anxiety of COVID-19, the level of social support of teachers can be increased so that these factors together provide them with conditions that reduce job burnout and in addition, maintaining and improving the mental health of teachers, it provided conditions for the organization to reduce negative consequences such as absence from work and turnover.

IntroductionThe main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of weekend activity on job satisfaction with the mediating role of job stress, psychological well-being and job self-efficacy among nurses at Yahya Nejad Babol Hospital, Mazandaran Province. MethodThis research is descriptive-survey in nature and applied in terms of purpose and the method of data collection is survey research method. The statistical population of this research consisted of nurses in Shahid Yaheinejad Hospital in Mazandaran province, with 182 nurses. In order to determine the minimum required sample size, one class was calculated from Krejcie and Morgan's table by stratified random sampling method of each education area, and 118 nurses were selected as the sample size but according to the ratio of the direction and rounding up, the total number of samples was 122 nurses. The standard questionnaire of Weekend activity Jeong et al. (2020), job stress Osipow & Spokane, (1987), psychological well-being Ryff et al. (2008), job self-efficacy Riggs & Knight (1994) and job satisfaction Smith et al. (1969). Structural validity, convergent validity and divergent validity were used to assess validity, and combined reliability (CR) and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used to calculate reliability. To analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used.ResultsThe results showed that weekend activity has a significant negative effect on job stress (t=30.76, β=-0.87), job stress has a significant negative effect on psychological well-being (t=59.02, β=-0.94) and job self-efficacy (t=2.36, β=-0.44). psychological well-being has a significant positive effect on job self-efficacy (t=2.37, β=0.43), and both psychological well-being (t=3.001, β=0.45) and job self-efficacy (t=2.54, β=0.42) have a positive significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. DiscussionAccording to the results that showed the importance of weekend activity on the emotional and behavioral reactions of employees in the workplace, it is therefore suggested that decisions be taken in order to provide conditions for nurses to spend the weekend with activities appropriate to their mood.

IntroductionIn today's challenging work environment, development is very important for employees, and they must learn to both improve themselves and maintain their physical and mental health and well-being; so, the aim of this study was to examine the relationship between family support and psychological well-being through the mediating role of work-family experiences and thriving at work and moderating role of work-family boundary management in Yazd University of Medical Sciences. MethodThe method of this study is practical in term of purpose and descriptive survey in term of data collection. The statistical population of the present study was the headquarters employees of Yazd University of Medical Sciences (250 people), using Cochran's formula, 156 people were selected through simple random sampling method. The instrument for collecting field data in this research was standard questionnaires; including the psychological well-being questionnaire from the study of Ryff & Singer (2003); the thriving at work questionnaire from the study of Imran et al. (2020); the work-family conflict questionnaire from the study of Grzywacz & Marks (2000); work-family enrichment questionnaire and family support questionnaire from the study of Neneh (2017); and the work-family boundary management questionnaire from the study of Kreiner (2006); that, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of a number of experts in this field, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability were used to determine the reliability of the measurement instrument. The analysis method used in this research was the structural equation modeling technique. ResultsThe results of the research showed that Family support has a positive and significant effect on work-family enrichment (β = 0.410, t= 6.330); also, work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on thriving at work (β = -0.164, t= 2.026); also, work-family enrichment has a positive and significant effect on thriving at work (β = 0.522, t= 8.349); and work-family enrichment has a mediating role in the relationship of family support and thriving at work (β = 0.214, t= 4.284); and , thriving at work has mediating role in the relationships of work-family conflict and work-family enrichment with psychological well-being (β = -0.083, t= 1.969) and (β = 0.264, t= 4.942); and finally, work-family boundary management does not have a moderating role in the relationships of family support with work-family conflict and work-family enrichment (β = 0.080, t= 1.267) and (β = -0.002, t= 0.028).DiscussionAccording to the results of this research, it is suggested to managers, when developing plans to create a work environment of thriving, a more balanced approach that pays attention to both positive experiences in the family and positive experiences in the work environment; according to the socially embedded model of thriving, employees achieve thriving at work, who pay attention to the social interactions that take place between the family and the work environment, and the employees overcome their anxiety and depression through the vitality gained and improving their psychological well-being is helped.

Introduction Job burnout in teachers is a chronic psychological phenomenon of apathy, which may be effective in this field during the Corona epidemic because of compression of educational programs. Among the factors that cause effective adaptation to risk factors and can play an effective role in reducing job burnout are resilience and psychological well-being. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of predicting the job burnout of teachers during covid-19 based on the role of resilience and psychological well-being.Method The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature. The statistical population included all second-secondary teachers working in education in one Bandar Abbas district, and 357 teachers were selected as the research sample using the random sampling method and based on Morgan's table. Due to the closure of schools, the questionnaires were made available to the statistical sample through virtual networks with the distribution of online links.Results To collect data, Job Burnout Questionnaire, Resilience Scale and Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire were used. Simultaneous multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The research findings showed that both predictor variables, i.e. resilience and psychological well-being, have a negative and significant relationship with the criterion variable (job burnout). DiscussionIt can be concluded that the higher the level of resilience and psychological well-being, the lower the level of teachers’ job burnout during Covid-19.

IntroductionSince organizations need to develop and apply professional ethics standards for their dynamism and survival, organizational virtue is one of the consequences of professional ethics in the organization and one of the structures affecting the psychological well-being of employees, so the aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of professional ethics in the relationship between organizational virtue and psychological well-being of employees. MethodThe research method was descriptive-correlational based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study was all 420 employees of the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province. The sample size was 201 based on Krejcie and Morgan table and was selected by simple random sampling method. To collect the data, three questionnaires of organizational virtue of Cameron et al., Ryff and Singer psychological well-being and Cadozier professional ethics were used. SPSS and Amos24 softwares were used for data analysis. ResultsThe results showed that There is a positive and significant relationships between organizational virtue with professional ethics and psychological well-being and between professional ethics and psychological well-being of employees and organizational virtue have direct and significant effects on professional ethics and psychological well-being of employees. Also, the indirect effect of organizational virtue on psychological well-being was mediated by professional ethics with the Sobel test at a confidence level of 0.95. DiscussionTherefore, it can be said that organizational virtue based on professional ethics can be effective regarding psychological well-being of employees. In other words, organizational virtue, by arousing positive emotions in employees and ethical and beneficial behaviors, creates positive images of the organization in the minds of individuals and strengthens trust and a sense of loyalty in them and empowers employees to perform better tasks, and prepares employees regarding the benefit of the whole organization.

Introduction
Teachers play an important role in the education of human capital of any society, and the education of human capital is one of their most important duties, therefore, addressing the issue of their psychological well-being and improving it is considered one of the essential issues. Therefore, it is expected that the leadership style used in organizations and its related components are effective in communication, morale, motivation, satisfaction and psychological well-being of teachers. Thus the purpose of this research was to investigate the teachers'' perception of visionary leadership style and it’s effect on psychological well-being with the mediating role of mental toughness.
Method
The current research was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included 3252 teachers of Kashan in the academic year of 2021-2022, by using stratified random sampling method, 334 teachers were selected as research sample. In order to collect data, three standard questionnaires of visionary leadership style, psychological well-being, and mental toughness were used. Data analysis of the research was done using SPSS and Amos statistical software at two descriptive and inferential levels.
Results
The results showed that the mean of teachers'' perception of visionary leadership style (3.56) is higher than average (3), psychological well-being mean (65.82) is higher than average (63) and mental toughness (45.93) is higher than average (42). The path analysis coefficients of the variables showed that the total effects of visionary leadership on psychological well-being was 0.96, visionary leadership on the mental toughness of 0.50, and mental toughness on psychological well-being was 0.95.
Discussion
In order to develop a visionary leadership style in educational organizations according to environmental conditions and requirements, it is necessary to provide preparation among the organization''s human resources.

IntroductionThriving at work is a positive psychological state that definitely describes individual growth at organizations. Thriving at work is a two-dimensional construct composed of feeling of vitality or being energized and a sense of learning that signifies the acquisition and application of knowledge and skills to build capability and confidence at work. These two elements considering the affective and cognitive basis of employee growth and development simultaneously. Most previous studies focused on observing outcomes of thriving at work. Their findings show lots of benefits for both employees and organizations mainly such as psychological and physical health and high quality of job performance, but there are a few studies which identify antecedents of thriving at work. On the other hand, the literature of thriving at work supports its mediating role between some antecedents and consequences. In this regard, the present study has taken into account the effects of one of the major antecedents of thriving at work (psychological capital) on job performance and psychological well-being with highlighting the mediating role of thriving at work. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological capital on job performance and psychological well-being considering the mediating role of thriving at work MethodThe research method is correlational through structural equation modeling (SEM). The participants of this study were 418 employees of NISOC who were selected through stratified random sampling method. Instruments included Psychological Capital Questionnaire )Luthans et al., 2007(, Thriving at Work Scale )Porath et al., 2012(, Job performance Questionnaire )Williams & Anderson, 1991(, and Psychological Wellbeing Questionnaire )Diener & Biswas-Diener, 2008(. The proposed model was analyzed through structural equation modeling by using SPSS-25 and AMOS-24 software packages. For testing indirect effects, Bootstrap method (Preacher & Hayes, 2008 (was used. ResultsFindings revealed that the proposed model fit the data properly. The direct effects of psychological capital and thriving at work on job performance and psychological well-being were significant. Findings also showed that psychological capital has positive direct effect on thriving at work. Results of indirect effects supported the mediating role of thriving at work in the relationship between psychological capital and both job performance and psychological well-being. Discussion According to the findings of this study, focus on personal chracteristics such as psychological capital and thriving at work in the case of improving job performance and psychological well-being is important thus practices for increasing psychological capital and thriving at work through training packages and programs should be considered by organization.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating role of resiliency on the relationship of psychological well-being with work-family conflict, work-family enrichment and turnover intention. The participants of this study consisted of 363 employees of National Iranian Drilling Company (222 male & 141 female), who were selected by simple random sampling method. The instruments used in this study were Work-Family Conflict, Work-Family Enrichment, Resilience, Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction, Family Satisfaction and General Health (GHQ-12) Questionnaires. Data was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficients and moderated hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between psychological well-being and work-family conflict and turnover intention and there was a significant positive relationship between psychological well-being and work-family enrichment. Further, moderated regression analysis showed that resiliency moderated these relationships significantly.
