It is very important for managers to know what factors affect the performance of an organization so that they can use appropriate measures to initiate them. Among the effective and explanatory factors of organizational performance are organizational intelligence and job satisfaction. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational intelligence with organizational performance of employees in the industrial estates of Isfahan City. MethodThe present research method was descriptive-correlation based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population of the research included all the employees of the industrial towns of Isfahan city. The sample size was determined using the A-priori online calculator, 768 people were selected by random one-stage sampling method. In order to collect data, organizational intelligence (Albrecht, 2002), organizational performance (Hersey and Goldsmith, 1980) and Minnesota job satisfaction (Weiss et al., 1977) questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 27 and SMART-PLS version 3 softwares.ResultsThe results showed that the direct path of organizational intelligence to job satisfaction was significant (β=0.534 and t=19.233). The direct path of organizational intelligence to organizational performance was significant (β = 0.347 and t = 11.938). The direct path of job satisfaction to organizational performance was significant (β=0.500 and t=18.502). Also, the indirect path of organizational intelligence to organizational performance with the mediating role of job satisfaction was significant (β=0.267 and t=14.432). DiscussionThe results showed that by increasing the level of organizational intelligence, the job satisfaction of the employees increases and it causes improvement of performance of organizations and companies.

IntroductionThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of organizational intelligence training program on its components. MethodThe present study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test and control group. For this purpose, 32 employees were selected by census sampling method from employees of one of the Ministry of Defense industries. These employees were randomly divided into experimental (n=16) and control (n=16) groups. The researcher-made package of organizational intelligence training was administered to the experimental group during 11 two-hours sessions. During this time the control group received no training. Both groups completed the researcher-made organizational intelligence scale in the pre-test and post-test stages. Multivariate covariance analysis and Spss-19 software were used for data analysis. ResultsThe results of multivariate covariance analysis showed that there are significant differences between two experimental and control groups in all components of organizational intelligence except knowledge management. The mean scores of the experimental group in these components in the post-test stage were higher than the control group (p<0.001). DiscussionOrganizational intelligence is one of the factors wich influence the organizational productivity and job performance of employees. therefore, taking appropriate measures for enhancing the level of Organizational intelligence is recommented.

Method The design of this study was pre-test, post-test with control group. The sample included 40 employees with job stress who were selected by random sampling method and then randomly assigned into experimental and control groups (20 in each group). The instruments consisted of organizational productivity, organizational socialization and job stress questionnaires. Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) used for data analysis.Organizational intelligence training program included 8 sessions (each 90 minutes). Results Theresults showed that there was a significant difference between the control and experimental groups regards organizational productivity (F = 127.79, p < 0.001) and organizational socialization (F = 127.79, p < 0.001). Discussion According to the results, it can be said that organizational intelligence training accelerates the organization in terms of achieving efficiency, effectiveness of the organization and ultimately increasing the excellence and progress of the organization.
