Academic aspirations also have a direct positive effect on attitudes toward academic and career future (p <0/05) but do not have a direct and overall effect on career identity. Regarding indirect relationships, the results showed that both predictor variables have a positive and significant effect on career identity through perspective on the future (p <0/01).DiscussionThus, teachers, counselors, and professionals during adolescence can help develop students' career identities by addressing their aspirations for education and employment.

Among the factors that cause effective adaptation to risk factors and can play an effective role in reducing job burnout are resilience and psychological well-being. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of predicting the job burnout of teachers during covid-19 based on the role of resilience and psychological well-being.Method The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature. The statistical population included all second-secondary teachers working in education in one Bandar Abbas district, and 357 teachers were selected as the research sample using the random sampling method and based on Morgan's table. Due to the closure of schools, the questionnaires were made available to the statistical sample through virtual networks with the distribution of online links. Results To collect data, Job Burnout Questionnaire, Resilience Scale and Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire were used. Simultaneous multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The research findings showed that both predictor variables, i.e. resilience and psychological well-being, have a negative and significant relationship with the criterion variable (job burnout). DiscussionIt can be concluded that the higher the level of resilience and psychological well-being, the lower the level of teachers’ job burnout during Covid-19.

ResultsThe results showed that dark personality traits, including; Machiavellianism, psychopathy, narcissism, sadism and spitefulness are related significantly with counterproductive work behaviors (misuse, production deviance, sabotage, theft, withdrawal) and psychopathy have relationship to all counterproductive work behaviors. Regression analysis showed that the misuse behaviors (R2=0.22) by Machiavellianism, psychopathy and narcissism; The production deviance (R2=0.24) by psychopathy, sadism and spitefulness; The sabotage (R2=0.12) by psychopathy and sadism; The theft (R2=0.08) by psychopathy; And finally, the withdrawal (R2=0.13) was predicted by psychopathy and narcissism. DiscussionPersonality traits and especially abnormal personality traits are in the first row of influential factors in ineffective and counterproductive work behaviors. In this way, they can be considered as strong predictors of different forms of deviant behaviors in the workplace. It can be concluded that personality traits are one of the most important predictors of counterproductive work behaviors. Introduction
In today's era, one of the most important basic challenges of the human resource managers is to maintain capable employees in order to create the success of the organization and to use them optimally. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the participative work climate and organizational commitment of employees in a military unit.
Method
The statistical population was the employees of the headquarters area of a military unit, and 184 people were selected as a statistical sample through a simple random sampling method. Instruments included Cooperative Climate Questionnaire (Djokovic et al., 2018), and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Meyer & Allen, 1991). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and SPSS and AMOS software.
Results
The results showed that the cooperative climate and its dimensions (participation culture in the organization, support of work groups, employees' attitude and continuous monitoring) have a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of a military unit.
Discussion
As long as a military unit has a culture of participation, help, and cooperation, it can be expected that organizational commitment will spread to other employees as well. Leadership is necessary and essential for effective social and organizational performance. Transformational leadership style is one of the most popular and studied leadership styles. Transformational leaders change the thoughts and attitudes of their followers and motivate them for higher levels of effort and performance. These leaders have the ability to orientate around a shared vision and encourage followers to work harder to implement and complete it. Therefore, the research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship of transformational leadership with job well-being, subjective occupational success, and adaptive performance in employees of Aghajari Oil and Gas Exploitation Company. MethodThe sample of the current research was 174 people (124 men, 50 women) from the employees of Aghajari Oil and Gas Exploitation Company. The instruments used in this research included General Transformational Leadership, Job Well-Being, Subjective OccupationalSuccess, and Adaptive Performance questionnaires. In order to evaluate the proposed model, structural equation modeling method was used with AMOS version 21 software. ResultsThe results showed that the final model has an acceptable fit with the data. Also, the results showed that the direct paths of transformational leadership to job well-being (β=0.21, p<0.001), transformational leadership to subjective occupational success (β=0.67, p<0.001), and transformational leadership to adaptive performance (β=0.55, p<0.001) are significant. DiscussionAccording to the results of this research, it is suggested that transformational leadership style training for managers should be considered in the educational programs of organizations.
